Hello friends
We are already at the end of August.
Summer has gone by too fast.
We have been in a drought
with extreme heat in July
and part of August, in this
region of Eastern Quebec.
It's cooling down now.
We did have a small amount
of rain overnight, although
much more is needed.
We have to preserve water
or our wells will go dry.
I watered my flowers from
rain water collected and
from the dehumidifiers.
Hollyhocks were thinner that usual.
Beebalm
Coneflowers
Helenium
Globe Thistle

Geraniums
The grass has suffered with no rain.
These flowers below have
I painted the Wishing Well
roof red (from green) and
restained the bottom.
flowered all summer long.
False Sunflower
That's all for now.
I will be back with more flowers later.
Thanks for your visit
