(The year 2020)
Most children in this pandemic will be
missing Easter egg hunts with their friends.
My sister Annie
made these Easter eggs and we strung them
in the window for kids to see, should they
pass by.

decorated with embroideries, appliqués,
buttons, pearls, flowers etc.

And this special one with a "rainbow of hope"
and the sunshine shining above.
We hung them in the window
above Annie's "Rainbow Of Hope"
Because of the glare in the camera,
it's hard to see.

How pretty all those eggs are. All those sprinkles of happiness in the window will make many a passing child to smile. May your Easter be a blessed one.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kim for your visit and nice comment. Take care. Happy Easter. Thelma.
DeleteThat's so great to decorate you windows for children and grownups alike. - Margy
ReplyDeleteThese are darling, Thelma. So pretty and bright. Your sister has a great deal of talent and I have a feeling they will bring about many smiles.
ReplyDeleteThe blue bunny is my favorite! They are all so cute. My girls would love making them. Such a great idea. Thanks for the good wishes! A Happy Easter to you too!
ReplyDeleteI just read the note below your comments. HEARTBREAKING! That would be such a loss. I'm so so sorry.
ReplyDeleteWow! Those are beautiful. It's hard to choose a favorite, as they are all exquisite.
ReplyDeleteThese are very sweet. We are two houses away from the busy intersection entering our little division. Kids, never walk here, seldom adults even....so I find my decor is lost so far from the street. But these are adorable, and such a sweet gesture! Have a very nice weekend, hugs, Sandi
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous, a treasure to look back on each Easter. Stay safe.
